Casa Mía began in 2012 with a simple dream: to create the kind of place where people come for the food but stay for the feeling. Our founder, Elena Morales, grew up in Seville watching her grandmother transform humble ingredients into unforgettable meals. She brought those recipes — and that spirit — to Madrid.
We believe in the Spanish way of eating: slowly, together, with generous pours and no rush. Every dish on our menu has a story, every ingredient is chosen with care, and every table is set for an evening worth savouring.
Over the years, Casa Mía has become more than a restaurant — it is a meeting place, a celebration venue, a weeknight ritual for regulars, and a first port of call for visitors who want to eat like Madrileños do.

Founder & Head Chef
Born in Seville and trained in Barcelona, Elena brings twenty years of culinary passion to every plate. Her croquetas alone are worth the trip.
Carlos Ibáñez
Sous Chef
Carlos honed his craft in San Sebastián's Michelin-starred kitchens before joining Casa Mía. He oversees our daily specials and the legendary paella.
